Meh to the Moxy
Overall, it was good. The staff was super friendly, but a bit overwhelmed. The lack of a closet in the room would have been a deal-breaker if I had known ahead of time. Ditto for no place to put clothes that can't be hung on a stupid rack. I don't like having to look at all of my clothes hanging there for my whole trip. That's just stupid. Also found out they only clean the room every 3 days. Would have liked to know that ahead of time. That also meant no clean towels unless I could hunt down a housekeeper. No ice machine anywhere. You have to go to the restaurant?? Also stupid. None of this ruined my vacation, but I probably won't go back or recommend this to anyone.

Fabulous stay at the Moxy! It was in the perfect location of South Beach, and easily accessible to restaurants, bars and the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Nathan at front desk made our experience 10x better, and had such a positive, upbeat energy. I will definitely be coming back to stay again.

The front desk lady was very friendly and accommodating and just a darling all around, I flew down from the northeast and traveling since early morning and with elderly parents and they was able to let us get into our room the minute we check-in, I will definitely stay here again and other Moxy locations

Good place around hotel. But my room was so little, I booked king size bed ocean view. Small room, and they didn’t clean my room. Parking is too expensive, they told me 52 $ for night, I stayed 2 nights. 104 $ they will be charg from me. I don’t recommend this hotel if you drive car, or if you want ocean views it’s lies cause ocean it’s too far from hotel
