Hotel recently won an award, but doesn’t stand out vs other options nearby. Renovated motel with good decor. Decent 3 start hotel if you are visiting for leisure (a block away from the beach) or business (close to convention center).

Mississippi takes Miami Beach!

I had a quick overnight stay but Fernando was great at the front desk. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The morning clerk was sweet as well though I am embarrassed I didn’t catch his name. He helped me navigate my Lyft driver back to the right hotel and helped me as safely as only a true gentleman would. Whoever you are sir I appreciate your chivalry.

The hotel is pretty unique, everything is very well taken care of, from the lobby to the room, everything was nicely decorated. The room was very clean and bigger than I thought, the staff was outstanding, and they offered dining recommendations, as well as places to visit. I would come back

Really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is very chic and has an upscale, attractive, and welcoming aesthetic. Customer service was impeccable and all of the staff members I interacted with were pleasant, personable, and efficiently helpful. I took advantage of the daily gym passes at Gymage and loved that facility as well. Pool was a bit small but still a good vibe, especially with the pool bar and their 2-for-1 frozen drinks. I had a king room. Bed was super comfortable. Room was a good size and had good storage. Rainfall shower head with handheld attachment. Water pressure was decent but not impressive. Between my friends’ rooms and my own there were some inconsistencies that explain the one star deducted. Not all of the coolers in the room cool items effectively. Some of the rooms are on a centralized air system that prevents you from adjusting the thermostat — this was the one thing that really bothered me because it wasn’t quite cool enough in my room for me to sleep comfortably.
