The area is probably very convenient if you rent a car and want to do some in town shopping. Lots of great shops in one direction, but the hotel is bordered by a very busy road on one side and a parking garage on the other. Staff don't communicate great, we needed an early check in because our cruise got in, around 9. They couldn't accommodate that exactly but kept saying they would try. So we checked in hourly until we gave up around 1:30 and checked our bags. That was when they mentioned to us that there was a shuttle from the cruise that we could have taken. Went back to check in around 7:00 and there were some problems with the original room we ordered so they upgraded us which was nice. They also double charged our room and have no ability to undo that. So we have to wait for the bank to open. Staff was friendly enough when you got there attention but shifts end and no one appeared overall responsible to anything.

I loved the laminate floors and the bathroom was nice and spacious. I also liked the farm doors leading to the bathroom.. Easy check in and late check in was available.

Out of 8 USB ports in the room, only one was usable 😝 and the 110volt outlets were very wore out. Would barely make contact with receptacles. My hearing aids did not charge.
