The hotel started off great, we stopped before hand at a store and got snacks, we left the room for a couple hours and came back to them infested with little bugs and a trail of them leading to the window. They were very quick and great to give us a new room but acted like this was a normal occurrence. Pros: Breakfast was great and the area was good, nice distance to the food and the National Parks.

I found Sherice to be an excellent attendant. She was very helpful in guiding me to shopping. restaurants and advising about safety. However, I found the one of the male attendants to be unhelpful.

Nice place. Bed was ok. Mattress wobbled when someone moved. We had to leave 2 days early bc of hurricane. Hope Expedia refunds us! Staff was great!
