The hotel is perfect, but my only main problem is why there is too much fee on just staying one night and I thought the breakfast is free, but they surprised me with the check.

Had to pay extra 35 dollars to have fridge in my Jr suite room. Waited 4 hours to receive it. Along waited 3 hrs to get extra towels. Construction noise by the pool. Hair art was left of the shower walls from not cleaning. Room phone was discussly old and dirty. Food overpriced.

We reserved ocean view room, we were out in 405 I believe, and ur is the worst ocean view room I've overstayed it. Actually it was the worst view period. It was cement, a broken pool. We were upgraded to a dufferent room after complaining, but paying over 600$ for a cement view is required diculous, so watch out for 4th floors.

The staff at Eden ROC were exceptional. My only real complaint was the construction being done on one of the pools. I wish I would have known or I may have booked elsewhere

We had a really great stay at Eden Roc. Some of the reviews I read in advance made me a bit nervous (although most reviews are excellent!) but I was really happy with everything. Unfortunately the main pool was closed and under renovation but there were two other great pools and beach was beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious and the cleaning staff provided great service daily. The hotel staff were wonderful and helpful, especially on the beach and by the pool. Drinks were super tasty (life's a peach is the best!). Check in and check out were super simple and quick. The only down side is that we spent a lot in Uber cars because it doesn't seem like there is a great connection to the rest of Miami, no real options other than Uber. We did take advantage of the bike rentals from the resort which was a lot of fun (first hour is free). Overall this was a nice, clean resort and it had everything we needed. Thanks so much to the Eden Roc staff for a very memorable trip to Miami!
