Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Here is the thing, I arrive after a 3 hours drive and there is no one for check in. I finally find people living in the house and they are more interested in telling me to leave and that my room is already full. The cherry on top? They tell me the owner is on the house next door but that if I weak her up, I'm done for. Professionalism? They wish
