Great location but poor front desk service

While the location was fantastic, the front desk service fell short of expectations. We had booked two rooms and arrived at 5 PM, only to find that one of the rooms wasn’t ready. We had to wait over an hour for it to be prepared. The front desk staff member who assisted us was not very helpful. When I requested beach towels, I was informed that they weren’t available as they were being washed. However, another staff member promptly checked and provided us with the towels. Given Marriott's reputation, I anticipated a higher level of service.

Stayed for 7 nights, this is at best a 3 star hotel that needs upgrading. Not what you expect when booking a marriott hotel. The location is the only plus when considering this hotel.

Very nice hotel, super clean and the staff was extremely helpful with any and all questions we had. Good location, short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
