I was happy that this property had a fully wheelchair accessible room - been travelling around Ireland and what some properties consider is accessible is quite amusing. They advertise king bed but it is only a double - not even a queen. It has a nice area to sit in the lobby and 1st floor if you did not want to be in your room. They advertise online ordering for inroom dining but does not work on phones - you get an error that it is not working. Called front desk and they transfered to restaurant and after 30 rings hung up. Got myself downstairs and had them heat up some left over soup from lunch and ordered seafood chowder which is described as 10.50€ with brown bread (later that night on my laptop found out online ordering works there). I received 3/4's of a to go cofffee cup of soup and no bread and was charged 11.50€. That was one expensive 175ml of soup! In Canada that would have cost $18 which is robbery. The reason why I ended up getting to know the sitting area on the 1st floor? The soup gave my husband food poisoning so I spent time there listening to the night clerk sing, watch soaps on tv, the cleaning lady wash the lobby floor and the chef arrive to work. My husband had a miserable morning. I asked for a later checkout and the desk clerk cut me off when I told her why and said I could only have until noon. As a person with disabilities who had to care for their carer it was a very unfortunate 2nd night of our 2 night stay.
