The STAFF was excellent especially HEIDI! She was such a help to us when our flight was canceledfrom Dallas. A sincere voice on the other end of the line reassuring us that our reservations would not be canceled. THANK YOU HEIDI! The hotel itself is average. A decent place to stay in the heart of South Beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby along with the beach just a block away. The room was small, the bathroom small, but we just stopped over before a cruise. Cruise port is about 8 minutes from the hotel. There is a grocery store across the street from the hotel. Nothing fancy, just a place to rest at night.

The staff was very helpful and strived to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is close to several terrific restaurants and a few blocks from the beach. We enjoyed walking around the nearby art deco district.

Casa Boutique - You won’t be disappointed!!

Very good stay. Hotel staff was very friendly, engaging and totally focused on our needs. Location in the heart of South Beach was proximate to shopping, hundreds of restaurants and only a couple of blocks to the beach. The carpet was kind of worn throughout the hotel but that is the only “negative” to raise. Limoncello restaurant staff was outstanding and our dinner there was excellent. If we find ourselves coming to Miami again we will definitely look to stay at Casa Boutique!

Hotel is in a regentrified art deco neighbourhood. There is a popular eatery at the street level of the hotel. Fantastic staff. Located just away from the noise of the south beach bar district and an easy walk to everything in south beach. The hotel is recently refurbished and beds are comfortable.

The Hotel is perfectly located in Miami. Everything is walking distance. Everything. The Limoncello restaurant is a gem. Is like eating dinner inside the house-kitchen of an Italian family. Wonderful experience and the food, second to none!!

This hotel is located right in the center of everything! Stayed for 5 days with my husband & we already booked to go back and stay here in June! Staff is friendly and it was not loud! Would recommend.

Parking in the area in general was a nightmare. The room was nice and clean but there was a water leak from sink that got bag wet and had to wash clothes and could not use sink normally (had to let drain after a little use so it did not leak into floor) and had no maintenance at night so just gave some extra towels to place under sink. Contacting hotel was extremely difficult without walking to desk (getting someone to answer or call to go through extremely frustrating) but overall it was clean and nice room.
