Excellent location

Location was excellent. Easy walking distance to the beach boardwalks and easy walking distance to the Plaza De Espana - great food. Easy walking to the Lincoln Road shopping area which was next to the Holocaust Memorial - wow - and the Botanical Gardens - so pretty - all free.

This place is not a 10, its a 3 at most!!!!

Both the website hotels.com and the reservation email stated that there was parking available, which is completly untrue! They offer a valet for $46 a day, or near by parking that's $20 overnight as long as it's not taken out for 24 hours, otherwise is $2 per hour. The front desk mentioned, that they share their parking and that sometimes they had space available, but they never had any for me. I mentioned it to the front desk, which by the way, took 20 minutes to acknowledge I was there, and she was more worried about her make-up than helping me, and gave me attitude about my complaint about the parking situation. I called to hotels.com, and management dare said that I never stated my complaints, when I did, but was brushed away. It was very inconvenient for me, who has 2 kids and was traveling due to the hurricane. They also did not mention the very small size of the room. Again, I had to stay at this hotel for Milton, and I had to leave half my items in my car that as mentioned, was not close by in case of an emergency. And they never had a working phone you could call the front desk. Only good thing was that I forgot 2 items, they retrieve them and gave them back.

Had a great stay. Wish the walls weren’t so thin. Got woken up by people in the hallway at 6am but other than the stay was great. Bed was huge. Shower was great. I was able to check in a couple hours prior and stay an hour later. Perfect customer service.

Staff was great. The property needs a good cleaning. I think they had a water leak problem. Carpet had water stains and tile flooring in front of elevator smelled and looked like it was covered in mildew. Furniture in lobby was really dirty. The phone in your room to call front desk for anything also didn't work.

Great location. Staff is very nice. Rooms are a bit dusty. Bathrooms very outdated. Lighting in the rooms very dark. Overall, okay for the price and a good location.
