Buen trato, por todo el personal de servicio, solo tuve un inconveniente,se retiró un plato de la mesa que estaba consumiendo sin terminar y sin pedir permiso para retirarlo,pero en general son amables y respetuosos.musica en vivo por profesionales ,baile y me divertí mucho,Volvería en próximos viajes.

The staffs ate excellent and friendly. The toom.is nice and cleaned but a little noise from the hall n other guests outside the room

My reservation was for ocean view room, on arrival, they gave me street view room with no options to change because the hotel was full. When I steeped in the room, I got shock. Bathroom was full of black mold. Words cannot describe the disgusting experience. We expended the night there because it was late, and left in the morning. Staff was super nice and agreed to reimburse the money, but it didn't compensate our getaway being abruptly interrupted for the hotel bad conditions. Sad. Advice, go to a different place.

I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you to everyone that works at the Cardozo Hotel. I really like everything about this hotel. Excellent staff. Thank you Cesar for making it so easy and enjoyable for us. I’ll definitely go back to this hotel.

Almost positive they have bed bugs. Multiple people in our group woke up with bites. The elevator was so janky and falling apart. And was charged over 400$ as deposit for one double bed room and they keep saying call back to speak to someone.
