Rooms were food but checking site is different from the room site so it was difficult do to check in. Second days room keys were not working so we called the given number, nobody came to help. Instead 12 o clock night they asked me to come at check in site.

The hotel is super close to the beach. In fact it is within walking distance. I was super surprised on how clean the hotel was. I will definitely go back to it.

Hello, The staff was pretty rude to not only me, but every customer who arrived. There was a guy and a girl, and neither were helpful or polite. The room that I stayed in had baby roaches. Hopefully the place has a bug sprayer come out. I was disgusted. Also, to check in, you are about 6 blocks away from the hotel, so keep that in mind when you arrive. Also, there is a mandatory resort fee that is charged. Im not sure why they charge this, they only offer room service every 3rd day. This place operates like an airbnb, not a hotel. Would not recommend.

Terrible Experience I have been a pilot for almost 17 years and have stayed in over ten thousand different hotels around the world. This was the worst experience of my life. 1. Check-in is at a different location, a two-minute drive away. 2. There are no towels in the room. You have to go to the other location to pick them up, and the next day, you must exchange used ones for new ones. 3. There is no room service. 4. The room has three doors: one for entry, one to the balcony, and one leading back into the kitchen, which could be opened at any time. This makes the room completely unsafe. 5. There are problems with the key system, requiring a call every time to access the room. 6. The building is very old, the room is disgusting, and the shower and sinks are clogged. 7. They charge a "house fee" of $35 daily. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Sleeping in your car is safer, and gas station restrooms are cleaner.

There was only towels available. I got an email saying I have to check in at a m m aim location but that isn’t the property you stay at. Pool is only at main location. You have to get towels and other necessities yourself. No one picks up phone line.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK. Our stay started off arriving at the hotel and being told we needed to pay these random fees for amenities $171. The amenities include the shampoo you get, the happy hour at the pool is a 20 minute walk the pool is filthy and tiny. We were staying in room 508. Our kitchen was not fully equipped as it was said to be.The staff were very disrespectful. On our second night we saw a group of cockroaches come out of nowhere. Went down to the front desk with all our luggage. (15 minute walk) The guy at the front desk asked if i had any other pictures like 2 weren’t enough proof. We argued and changed to room 512 this room was slightly cleaner and more equipped. The kitchen has all the pots and pans that it’s supposed to. If your kitchen isn’t fully equipped complain about it because that proved to us the whole time we were buying pots and pans we were supposed to have them. Staff was awful every single one of them had zero respect. I have no clue how this hotel passes its inspections but i’ll definitely be contacting someone to look into this awful disaster. Put a couple more bucks in and go somewhere else this really isn’t worth it. Regardless how horrible your stay is they won’t even compensate you for things like paying for all these amenities when our first room never even had them, WHAT WAS I PAYING FOR. Don’t do it, it’s going to stress you out and ruin your entire vacation. Please look over different places first!

This is truly, you get what you pay for....

We needed a quick place to stay overnight, as our connecting flight was the next day. Didn't have time to check reviews and just choose and booked one. They are really just old apartments (think staying with college friend) Pros: -Melrose Place vibes, rooms surrounding center courtyard - Hot water - Polite check in staff Cons: - Check in happens at a separate location. We were given the address to pick up the keys, but it was the wrong address. Had to call to get correct address. - Floors FLITHY, took a shower and could feel the grit and dirt on the floor throughout the place. Had to wipe off before bed and again before putting on socks/shoes - Bed overly soft, no real bedding, dirty duvet, grimy mattress with flat sheet covering. Not even a fitted sheet. - Towels grey and crunchy. Only 2 bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. Bathtub, painted over with chips and peeling paint. - Full kitchenette, but not even a tissue or roll of paper towels to wipe up anything. - Final straw - a guy barges in at approx 9:30am and stands there and proceeds to state he was told we checked out. Has full conversation with hubby with the door wide open as we are trying to get ready. No knock, no apology, just that the office told him we checked out. At 9:30???? We checked in at midnight! And shouldn't there always be a courtesy knock and wait? We're pretty easy going, but this place just sucks! Never again.

The property was was clean and well maintained. The amenities were newer. The electronic key seemed to loose it's program about every 2 days. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

The man who helped us on the first night was lovely but on Expedia the charges are incorrect. Hotel charges $34 fee per night and $100 fee as a deposit to return. Hotel was nice for the price but parking can be difficult to get depending on which location your sent to and phone number given is incorrect.

The pictures do not reflect the actual property. The room we stayed in had cracks in the floor and the walls. The room was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom and residue on the bed. Floors were dirty. On the bright side… the AC unit worked very well. The staff was kind and very helpful

The morning young lady was rude and very condescending! I requested a room with a single bed I was given a room with a double. When I asked her about it she stated that was the room I booked. I asked her to check my reservation and it shows I requested a double she then said oh well we are fully so there is no other room. Then I inquired about having to pay a separate resort fee that should have been included in my booking because the booking stated that all taxes and fees are included. When I asked to speak to the manager to inquire about it she said you have to pay the fee and I didn’t need to speak to the manager because she was just going to tell me the same thing she did. Then I asked her for an iron and ironing board because there was none in the room she assured me that it would be in my room when I returned as I was already out enjoying my day. Well there was no iron when I returned and that was all day. So I called the desk and the night guy who had checked me in at 11:30pm or so the night before was excellent and totally different he made check in easy told me about parking answered and he assured me the iron would be there i received it around 11am. He also was very pleasant and upbeat when I checked out a 4am.
