What an amazing hotel. Very cool in lobby/bar/eating area. Ridiculously large rooms and bathrooms which was amazing. Gorgeous smell when you walk in. Bar food and breakfast could not fault. Very friendly staff. No negatives at all!

Cracking place to stay no complaints on staff or amenities... however the floor and room we stayed in had a staff only room near us and all night the door being opened and left to slam shut on every exit gave us both a sleepless night

Dreadful, put on the 8th floor for 2 nights with parties on the 9th floor. First night was bearable, second night we had to pack up and move rooms at half 12 due to the noise and bass. Lights and glasses literally shaking. Rude and obnoxious staff.
