Fabulous city centre hotel

Fabulous hotel well located fur all city centre activities. Staff were welcoming and helpful with good recommendations as to where to eat. I’d recommend this place and would stay again

Stayed here many times before when it was Hotel Brooklyn, however this time wasnt the best, rails in the lifts look like they are going to fall off and loose, the bathroom tiles are loose and sharp and a hazard to customers. Runyons was excellent for food, and staff were in the restaurant were brilliant, the omlette for breakfast was delicious. The only issue I encountered was upon arriving at the hotel after a meal out at 22:00hrs Iwas told the bar was closed and i was unable to get a drink. The bar and restaurant are advertised as open until late on fridays and saturdays, but upon asking twice during my stay i was told on both occasions the bar was closed.

The hotel as always was lovely. Rooms very clean. The only issue was the breakfast, one rude member of staff ruint it which is a shame

Amazing!

Amazing stay at Voco. The hotel is spotlessy clean, with fashionable decor and furnishings. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom, chilled water provided in the in room fridge and very nice coffee pods. Check in was very quick and thorough, gentleman on Reception also gave us some spot on recommendations for a drink nearby. We had an excellent stay and will definitely return when we’re back in Manchester

Good location in central Manchester. Comfortable, spacious room. Nice breakfast-able to order fresh cooked poached egg. Friendly, helpful staff

Disappointed

After staying at The Brocklyn a few times we were disappointed with our stay as the Hotel had been taken over by H1 and now called Voco . The little touches in the rooms were missing , for example no robes or slippers and rooms seemed a little run down . Overall I don’t think we will be staying again , sorry to say 😳
