Nothing in particular was wrong with Motel One it just left us feeling a little disappointed… especially at £250 a night. Just a functional stay with average service. If someone asked me “would you stay there again?”, I’d say “no”!and I guess that’s what really matters.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms are very basic compared with some Motel One hotels I’ve stayed in Europe however it was clean and tidy.

Opposite Manchester Piccadilly, this is a convenient location for most of Manchester's attractions. Staff were lovely, and continental breakfast (£13) was excellent.

This property was fine, just at a bit aged. For instance I had to purchase a wall charger for my phone, as there were no usb charging ports. Very convenient for the train station though.
