Good central location

Rooms a little dated - charged (then refunded thankfully) me for breakfast as want on their system but was on hotels.com booking. Whole place needed some money spent on it to modernise it. Nice breakfast through.

Definitely worth having breakfast with view. If sports are on great screens and selection. Only issue do not put your room key near your cards

A great centre hotel to start a stay in manchester city .staff very professional and pleasant on arrival and duration of stay.i would definitely be staying here again . All amenities and services very good. All food too excellent value.and choice.

It was lovely service was amazing, could have done with a plug socket by the bed. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’d like but it was okay.

The condition of the room was basic with chipped furniture and scuff marks.Wifi was non existant - not very good if you wish to use laptop for business purposes.Needed a freshen up decor wise in room. The beds were comfy and we did have a good nights sleep.Mecure needs to probably focus on more the cosmetic decor,as they have competition nearby. Reception staff at checkout were lovely.

Good staff let down by poor condition of room

Room facilities ok, but bath plug didn’t fit (too big), shower screen not water tight at bottom, very weak toilet flush. Door security latch not aligned with door. Bathroom door didn’t shut easily. Wall between rooms too thin, could hear conversation from next door up to 01.30 in morning (and they didn’t have raised voices. TV and phone not working on arrival, however good response from Reception to address those issues. Good breakfast and polite and helpful breakfast room staff. Not what one would expect from a 4 star hotel.

The location is amazing, few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Parking was easy - just after the NCP entrance and pay by ring go, same level as the hotel so then walk straight into the hotel.

Great location! Staff were nice, Rebecca at front desk was exceptionally helpful. I would rate the hotel based on the condition,bas a 3 star hotel and not 4.

Hotel was fine for an overnight stay. Room very hot and cool air function did not work. Bed not comfortable as too soft. First point of check in, the person who i spoke too was not very welcoming. Just said i had to download parking app asap to book car in. Too early for room too. Then whilst i am standing at reception trying to download the app a guy comes to check in (with a Man City shirt on) he welcomes him in a completely different way. Asks him if he would require parking to be arranged and checks him in as he was off to a game. Completely different customer service. I came back later that afternoon to check in and i had a lovely guy who then checked me in
