Very expensive for generic hotel
The staff greeted me very professionally and check in was smooth. I had already requested anti allergy/hypo allergenic bedding which was provided with no issue. Unfortunately the room was lacking amenities i would expect from an expensive 4 star hotel. There was no fridge to chill my food items which i needed for the rest of my trip , no bath robe , no hair conditioner, body lotion etc. The gym was in very old shoddy condition with only a few dumbells and sadly you had to be let in by a member of staff each time you wanted to use it / re enter if you needed a bathroom break. The janitors /cleaners cupboard was in the gym so this meant people coming in and out to get supplies. The fire doors formed one end of the gym and sadly this was accessible by the public and i had to witness someone taking IV drugs outside the doors. I realise this is not the hotels fault but if they put it on a guest accessible only floor this problem would be solved
