Sadly very poor stay, booked two rooms for family catch up in between radiotherapy Session, one of the rooms did not have any heating on one of the coldest night's of the year, room was so cold and staff did bring us up a additional duvet but room was so cold by then it made no difference

Hotel was very convenient right in the heart of the city. The staff were helpful. Bed was comfy and bathroom very nice. Our only issue was the heating in the room was non existent. We got a portable heater from reception that just about warmed the room. We visited with other family and the 2 other rooms were freezing cold.

Comfy but awful food

Room was comfortable and adequate, the breakfast was supposed to be buffet style, this wasnt the case a plate was bought, bacon was hard an dry, hash browns were dried up, scrambled egg was cold. Only good thing about the breakfast was the coffee was very nice.

Central with friendly staff

Central location, extremely friendly staff and clean. Room and general hotel was a bit cold, but a heater was provided in the room that needed to be kept on. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would certainly stay again.
