Really convenient location for Universities and short walk into town. Have stayed many times and never been dissapointed. Modern and clean throughout, a room on a higher floor guarantees no road noise.

The hotel itself was lovely. However we just had a bad experience leaving as we were told to leave via the ‘back exit’ quite abruptly by the usher at reception as ‘someone important’ was leaving the hotel. So that member of staff was definitely lacking in customer service. Other staff members were nice, and Otherwise no issues with the cleanliness of the hotel itself. Only one member of staff was rude, I will not likely be returning again due to this experience

Overall the hotel makes a nice impression. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. However, unfortunately we were quite unlucky as the air con in our room didn’t work and it was very stuffy. There’s also no car park at the hotel, it’s separate and at additional cost £16.50 for 24hrs.
