Overall the hotel makes a nice impression. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. However, unfortunately we were quite unlucky as the air con in our room didn’t work and it was very stuffy. There’s also no car park at the hotel, it’s separate and at additional cost £16.50 for 24hrs.

The staff were lovely and couldn't do any more for us The hotel was spotless and loads of choice for breskfast until 10.30 am We were due to check in at 3pm but arrived early and checked in at 12.30

Everything very modern and clean. Makes for a delightful stay away. Superb showers in bedroom! Parking available over the road at University of Manchester car park B, with 2 banks of EV chargers available.

Staying over for job opportunity

The start was pleasant, coming from the south of the UK to the hotel was simple, welcomed warmly on arrival staff professional and friendly through out stay, just a shame about the city tax for staying in a hotel :/ overall room was spacious and clean and modern and would suggest staying there and also revisiting.

Weekend stay

We used the Hyatt Regency for a 2 night stay so we could do the Coronation Street Tour in Manchester. We found the hotel to be very clean with reception staff being very polite and helpful. There was also a number of bus routes available to Manchester Piccadilly Gardens so we didn't have to use the car.

Air conditioning wasn’t working and it was very hot all night so couldn’t sleep much, we notified the reception who said they would look at the issue but nothing was fixed, the closest parking was a fair walk away

Perfect for our stay. Only possible grip is the garage for parking has set open/close times. Not convenient at all for early flight departures, late arrivals or delays.

Perfect stay

Very modern and clean looking building with nice spacious bedroom with city views. Super comfy large bed and everything I could need-Tv/usb ports etc Really good breakfast with multiple options including healthy options like overnight oats and fresh fruits.
