I booked a standard double room and I got upgraded to executive double double room upon arrival. It was amazing and we loved the room so much and all the complimentary food and drinks. Staff were amazing and so helpful. We even got 1 hour late check out due to being upgraded.

Lovely area near the trainstation as well as many shops. Very clean and comfortable with a large room. Very big tv with chrome casting and a great selection of teas. All in all a very good place to stay would definitely come again!

Poor service at this hotel.
I had a quick stop over in Manchester for business i had booked and paid via the Hotels.com app. The location of the hotel was great right in the centre of shops and bars so great for a night out. It had a nice bar and restaurant. Checkin was self checkin via a kiosk in the reception. It could have been a good stay but there was an issue i had booked and paid for dinner for two. I had a late lunch so i didnt have the dinnerand informed reception. At checkout i was told i had a Bill on my room for the same dinner i had already prepaid for and didnt have and i had to pay again. They told me to email both proof of payments and this will be refunded. 3 days on and no one has responded to my emails.

Hotel was great but i stayed in a room without much soundproofing. Across the road are several nightclubs so it was unbelievably noisy. I had to request a room switch and pack all belongings once the noise got unbearable at 3am. As much as staff helped with this situation, rooms should have better sound proofing through the glass.
