Quiet and convenient

Great and very convenient location in the centre of Manchester, but still nice and quiet. Staff really nice and the soap smells great! The one annoying thing is how bright the thermostat is - there didn’t seem to be a way of turning the screen off and it’s really quite bright.

I usually stay in much cheaper hotels when I visit Manchester but this time I decided to treat myself and go for a slightly more expensive hotel. I regret this now as I paid twice as much for a hotel that isn't as nice as my usual spots, the room had stains all over the carpet and walls, the room was way smaller than I'd usually get and just didn't feel like I was treating myself at all, it was a shame

Comfortable and clean

Good location for the Palace theatre which was the reason for the stay. Friendly reception staff. I didn’t have breakfast or use the bar so can’t comment on that, but the room was clean and comfortable and a reasonable price.

Great stay in city centre

Great hotel in the city centre. Truely surprised by how clean and well kept our room was. The bed was super comfortable and I took a photo from their design magazine which included details of the mattress. Loved the decor of the hotel, especially the main foyer where the bar and breakfast area was. Would definitely stay at this hotel or another branch again. Reception team was polite, but at the very minimum. No small talk. That's why I'm giving this review 4/5.
