Pleasant stay excellent value 👌

Three adults one child Stayed for one night in a room with double bed and a proper sprung sofa bed all had a good night sleep and a 5 minute walk from the theater, breakfast was okay as it was included in the price,Overall for the price we paid a pleasant stay, recommend for parking just park : uncle orient house m1 7ap very secure underground parking for SMALL CARS ONLY only £15 for 23 hours

Okay place, but noisy and annoying

Can’t complain too much as it was one of the cheapest places to stay in the city and has breakfast included which was decent. However was plenty of noise throughout the night, making it hard to get much sleep, we got back in at around 1am so nothing early and was plenty of noise from above and people walking past our door which was not soundproofed at all. Then the same noise from early morning around 6am with loud doors slamming waking us up. Also the security guard on the door is strange as we’d never stayed anywhere like this before. Every time you enter the hotel you have to tell him your name and room number and wait whilst he flicks through sheets of paper to confirm and then bothers you with another random question after each time. We felt this was unnecessary particularly as you need to scan your card to get in the building in the first place and then again to use the lifts and then obviously again to enter room.

Can’t t fault the staff but this place does need a revamp, when we finally got allocated our room it was freezing cold, not what you need on a very cold weekend in December, We were sent up an electric heater which hardly gave out any heat. Breakfast was ok with decent options. Beggars outside the hotel and quite a walk to the centre and markets.

We were very happy with this hotel!

Great stay. Mohamed on Reception is so lovely and very informative. We got complimentary drinks for my daughters birthday and free late checkout. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is on a busy street but room was quiet and we slept well. Coffee machine in breakfast area is free to use 24/7 which was an added bonus for us. The hot chocolate is really good! Breakfast was okay. Continental breakfast was good and they have a good choice of cereals. Hot breakfast wasn't so good. Scrambled egg was good. They seem to struggle to keep it topped up and basics like mugs and knifes regularly run out. Having said that, you will definitely find something that you like to eat. Overall, we had a lovely base at this hotel. It's in a good location for the tram to The Trafford Centre and is an easy 10min walk to the centre of Manchester. We would definitely return.

Good location with nice breakfast

Good location near Manchester Oxford Road traction station. Nice breakfast with coffee juice tea bread muffins croissants fried egg sausage bacon and so on.

Good for a quick stay

Hotel was good for a one night stay just some where central to drop . Staff ok some more friendly than others room nice and clean but overwhelming smell of bleach. Bed very soft not my thing but works for some.
