Gorgeous hotel will be my go to hotel from now on when visiting Manchester. Staff are amazing, every single one. From check in to leaving. Amazing hotel, clean, perfect location. The room was fabulous was upgraded to a king bed room, rooms huge, views stunning, clean, everything you need for a stay. Perfectly located for walking the city. Breakfast the best ever had and the service second to non.

Check in was really poor, admittedly we arrived very late, 11.45pm. Communication limited to minimum, had to ask about everything, even where the lifts were. No parking available, Room comfortable and clean.
