Lovely hotel staff were very nice and always helpfull and pleasant . Room was clean and tidy and there was no noise at night . Its about 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop and the Trafford Centre .Would visit again

Better than expected for the price bracket.

For a holiday Inn express it was much better than expected, room was clean, few bits of damage to furniture but overall good condition. Staff on checking in were quick and efficient, good have been a little more attentive to start though as we were ignored until a supervisor highlighted to one member of staff we were waiting. Breakfast was good for an included in the rate breakfast however it is chaotic, it's a buffet style and there's no real system so it's a free for all, they really should implement a queue at one side and work your way along system, you end up with people joining at both ends others randomly pushing into the middle, frustrating to say the least. Overall a good hotel, few bits to polish on but we'd recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and cheerful stay for a night

Great flying visit

Great stay spending quality time with my grandaughter. Only criticism was no yorkshire teabags only Twinnings and the beds a little hard (for us) .

Good for short stay

Short one night stay next to Trafford centre which made it convenient. Otherwise hotel was a typical Holiday Inn standard with quaint rooms. Had to carry my own luggage with a trolley back and forth the rooms. Cheap parking was a bonus. Breakfast was average but can’t complain.

Good hotel in a handy location.

Nice hotel for my friends and I on a one night visit. Room was clean and comfortable. There was tea and coffee available in the room. Nice shower with a lovely shower gel and shampoo provided. Front desk staff were really friendly and kind. Parking was easy and breakfast was good.
