waited too long to check in during non-peak hours.

The pool is narrow - smaller than it looks in the photos - but OK if you want to swim some lengths. I waited too long to be checked in, 2 members of staff seemed to be doing other things behind the desk, instead of checking people in.

Weekend Stay

One lift broken and had long waits to use the others. No power sockets or phone charging next to bed. Cloud 23 only available for those making reservations- hotel guest should have priority (like they used to). Location was fine, ground level bar good.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The room had a terrible smell, when we tried to report the issue we were passed through to three different people, eventually the night manager spoke to us, his only comment was “What do you want me to do about it?” This was the worst level of customer service I have ever experienced - absolutely appalling

Dis like reception staff. Very helpful. Sunday pm bar staff gave off feeling they couldnt be bothered Rooms loveky but why only 1 chair in a room for 2 people?
