Abode Manchester 405

Lovely hotel, room 405 is huge but needs decor checking, paper peeling off the wall and clear damp issues in room but it is an old building. Had to ask for extra toilet roll as no full rolls provide. 1 out of 2 special requests completed (however the 2nd was our personal choice which most hotels we stay in delivers but sadly not this one. Hot water not overly hot. Checked in earlier than expected. Pricey breakfast and offered no toast despite jam on table. Staff friendly tho. Didnt mention any issues above as only really slept there one night. Overall good stay for money.

Great location, perfect location, lovely old building, but too much noise from other guests. Had to move rooms at 3am due to constant squeaking noise from room above (floorboards or bed in room above??) Went on for hours and couldnt sleep. The new room was quiet but did not have a restful nights sleep. In fairness staff did move us to a new room when we asked, but seemed surprised at the noise even though multiple other reviews talk about the fact the building is so noisy.

Lovely staff, great room for the price. Main gripe £18 each for breakfast. We felt it it had been billed as a special offer £18 for two then lots of people would have gone for it. £18 each prices many people put

Great location! Super close to the train station at Piccadilly Manchester. Easy to find and in a beautiful building. My only comment would be that the rooms feels a little rough. Could use a lick of paint to freshen things up and the wall paper was ripped. Looked well used. Also added feature of a mini fridge would be good as well but not necessary.

NYE at Abode

Chic property repurposed from a textile factory - really cool original details - incredible parquet floors. Good food at restaurant. Staff super friendly - manager Liju outstanding customer service. Hotel quiet and clean. Location can't be beat - you can see Manchester Piccadilly train station from the hotel! Can walk in mere minutes.

Really nice hotel, the guys on reception was really friendly and helpful. Hotel was in the perfect location for everything we wanted, it was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay at The Abode. Omar was fab!

A very smooth check in and excellent customer service from Omar. Really appreciated the room upgrade and complimentary drinks for our wedding anniversary. Great staff, great location and a great stay. We will return.
