This newly built luxury 3beds/3bath 2story home offers a private pool, designer finishes, indoor outdoor living, and the highest quality craftsmanship. The open, flowing floorpan leads to a terrace off the main living area and the master bedroom which enhances the indoor outdoor living area. The home is within walking distance to many restaurants and the renowned beach of Longboat Key and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Master bedroom with king size bed is located on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor.
WINTER TIME : to heat the pool we charge $150/week.

Our wonderstay in LBK
First, the house is stunning. The home was clean with quality furnishings and wonderful layout and comfortable beds and with great amenities. We so appreciated the pool and used it nearly every day. The location was perfect. Walking to restaurants and the gulf and the bay made our stay so special. Loved Whitney’s and it became a counted upon comfort after long walks.

Disappointing vacation
We had viewed this property the previous year and were very excited about our stay. What the property owner failed to tell us was there were 5 houses under construction right around us when we arrived. The one directly next door was about 15' away from our pool area. The noise from all the construction kept us inside. We realize this was not the fault of the owner but I think we should have been notified about and at the least given a reduced rate. This property now has two house within 20' on either side of the pool/outdoor area so it has limited privacy.

Beautiful Property
The property was beautifully decorated and spotless. It was in a perfect location with a short walk to the beach and excellent restaurants. Everything was provided, including beach chairs and umbrellas, and 2 bikes perfect for touring the area.
