Room was great and cozy - I loved the bed! It was so comfy. It was so clean and I liked the environmentally conscious aspect. Staff was very nice and helpful. Loved the location, too!

We had a nice time staying at Yotel, staff were very pleasant and customer service was great. Hotel is well situated in central London near Farringdon Station. The Room was very clean and tidy. Only issues we had were the towels were of poor quality and didn’t dry particularly well. The shower door seal wasn’t sealed properly and allowed water to leave the shower and onto the floor of the bedroom. We plan on staying here again on future trips to London.

Very convenient location close to Farringdon station for easy access to all of central London and Heathrow airport. Room was very well-equipped and ideal for my needs. The breakfast was great and very reasonably priced.

Room was immaculate but small. Staff happy to help to ensure the stay was perfect. The rooms with no window become stuffy and the fan system did not seem to work to cool down the room. The soundproofing was AMAZING! The location was AMAZING!

Wow love this hotel. They allowed me for early check in wothout any charge. Metro is walking distance so you can go anywhere in London, Heathrow airport is just 1 metro direct.

YOTEL London is perfectly located—right in the city center and close to everything, whether you’re sightseeing or in town for work. Check-in is easy and the staff are friendly. Now for the fine print: the rooms are tiny. Not “cozy” tiny—more like cruise-ship-cabin tiny, minus the chair. Everything lives in a cubby, the bathroom is behind frosted glass (mystery is not an option), and the bed is basically a hospital bed with buttons. If you just need a clean place to sleep at a good price, this works great. If you want space, privacy, or lounging… keep looking.

The room was great, the location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great hotel overall. The only thing was when I arrived, I placed two small food orders and a hot drink. It took 50 mins for the food to arrive and I was the only one in the bar/restaurant. I also had to remind them to bring the hot drink I had ordered. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.
