It was better than expected. Running approximately £200 cheaper than surrounding hotels I was convinced this was going to be terrible however I was greated by an amazing hotel which has conference facilities! Great all round hotell with a premium feel but a lower than expected cost

Excellent hotel location and lovely quiet square/green in front of the hotel. Excellent transport links via Victoria and St James’ Park and well suited for walking and exploring much of Westminster. Hotel rooms clean but basic and not large - bed comfy. Staff pleasant and welcoming. Bar needs an upgrade and better drinks selection. Didn’t have any food.

The most incredible staff who are always accommodating to guests varied needs- lucian helped contact an airport ro find my daughter's phone and Karuna and Kim helped us navigate our reservations! Overall- the whole staff sets the experience apart from other hotels! The outdoor area is a great place to socialize outside of the rooms and accomodations are cozy and clean. Dazzling stay with plenty of smiles!

Great location!! Very charming hotel.
Everything was great but the bathroom light would never turn off and our bed was huge but it was much too hard. Neither my husband nor I got any good sleep because the bed was just too stiff and we couldn’t get comfortable. Maybe it’s an English thing and us Americans are used to a softer bed.

The mattress in my room was hard and I could even feel the springs. Caused me to keep waking up trying to find a comfortable sleeping position. My single room ended up costing just over $400 dollars per night. I think the place is overpriced.
