This organisation is a scam. Stole my money
This valet apartments organisation are a scam, they trick you to pay a certain amount and will ask for your identification. Then they will come up with another scheme for you to pay a deposit before you can gain access into their property and they will send you bank Details to pay in. You won't be advised prior to you paying the advertised fees. They are a scam. Watch out people, try and avoid them.

Good location,nice studio,questionable cleanliness
The place was nice, didnt have the issues thr other reviewers had so I would stay again. The only thing that could be improved is how they clean their showers since the studios don't have toilets so I guess some people piss in them, and I could smell.

Terrible. Awful. I stayed over Christmas and it was hell. From my very first night at the hotel, I did not get enough sleep because of the noise from the room above me. The ceiling would creak at very early morning, afternoon and night. This caused me so much distress and anxiety that I broke down in tears on my last phone call with one of Expedia customer support.

Amazing location, shame about the apartment
The location was fantastic but that’s the only good thing about these apartments. The ‘apartment’ had a tiny shower in the cupboard that was barely big enough to fit in but no toilet. There was one (not very clean) shared toilet for all 21 apartments in the building, located 2 floors above my room. It was not made clear in the advert that it was a shared toilet otherwise I would not have booked it. It really doesn’t make sense to have a private shower but expect people to traipse up several flights of stairs to use a communal toilet. Also, there is construction work going on right next door which starts from 7am (the law is not before 8am in the UK) and the whole building shakes when they are drilling.

Great value for London and helpful staff.
Great value for a business trip. It’s not luxury but is perfectly functional and the staff try to help as much as they can with check in and out. That was pretty responsive. I was very happy.

Watch out. Hotels.com site very misleading. You must be over 21 to book and stay at this hotel. Couldnt stay, couldnt get a refund. Both hotels.com and hotel completely unhelpful.

I was cheated by expedia. The actual property is noware near what they show in pictures. On the first day i got to know that my bathroom was bigger than complete apartment . i asked help next day from exedia and Valet apartment that i have been cheated and i want my money back buy no help received at all. Please dont go with expedia they cheat you and this apartment never. The bathroom is only that you can stand if you close its door you will choke! Next day i ended up moving to a travelodge and had to bear all the loss as the money never got refunded back to me. Please dont go for it

Maria Conde was quite rude and inflexible when I spoke on telephone 2 days before. I had to wait 20 minutes on the street before someone let me in. The toilet was 2 stories down steep stairs : no mention of this The television did not work properly

Too many steps, good for your exercising
No lift...tooooo many tiny steps...dirty blanket..bed was too much used...if the booking name is not match with you who want to check-in, they not gonna let you come inside even you paid already using ur credit card. There’s no hotel like this Way. Oh, here is not a hotel. Just private property. Anyway . Was sooo uncomfortable for 2nights. The staff was pretty ok. Just the whole system

The property location is great, less than 5 minute walk to two underground stations, shops and pubs. It is a cute little place. The security was good for my room, the only issue I had was the check-in. Was partly my fault as I didn't have a local sum card so was using Skype off of WiFi to call to check in. Apart from that issue being resolved it was for the price I paid, great!

Bewarey - this is not a hotel. There is no standard check in procedure. I was left hanging outside because there was no one to help me get inside and none of their phone numbers worked. They had the audacity to call me at 5pm to check why I did not check in.

トイレやランドリーは聞かないと場所が分かりにくい。 ランドリーは狭く、よく分からないゴミが散乱していて、数週間から数ヶ月間は掃除がされていないようにみえた。 部屋のシャワー室からは妙な匂いがしていた。 ドアのペンキが乾いていないことを、チェックイン時にたまたま近くにいたスタッフが教えてくれたことは良かったです。
