Be very careful when looking at the pictures in this listing, they are not the apartments you will be staying in. Our apartment was nothing like what we expected. The property was beyond basic; no iron & ironing board, no Wi-Fi, no hot water 1st day, coffee pods but no coffee machine, no working TV. When we complained nothing was done to fix the problems.
The state of the apartment and the building (all owned by Q) is foul. We had to hold our breathes in the lobby next to the loft as bins stored there. Carpets in hallways covered in dirt.
The apartment it’s self was filthy, walls had splash marks all over, windows had a smiley face from a previous guest still there.
Apartment is listed as having Wi-Fi. It did not we had to connect to a neighbouring apartment - which was weak. No working tv.
So hard to contact Q, we had problems initially getting into property as unless you push your palm on the lock there isn’t a key pad to type the code into. Q had no idea how to advise us how to get into property. We had to ask other guests.
We sent pictures to Q about the state of the place. They couldn’t have cared less. Their WhatsApp advertises a reply within 5 hours. A week later and still no response.
They also require a 500£ deposit which they held for a total of 3 weeks.
To sum up. AVOID.
