I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the past 20 days, and I’d definitely come again! It’s in a very convenient location, with lots of restaurants, convenient stores, and bus stops. It’s very clean and the staff are so friendly! Ask them anything, they’ll give you great local travel recommendations. Not sure how to get to where you want to go? Just ask, and they’ll tell you what bus or train to take! And this is such an affordable place to stay too. Highly recommend!

This hotel was amazing! It’s very clean and well maintained, and it’s in a great location for public transit, surrounded by multiple bus stops, and it’s right next to Paddington station, which is a 30 minute train ride from London Heathrow Airport. It’s super affordable and the staff are amazing! Buddhā was so sweet and helpful whenever I needed anything, and Mehdi gave me great recommendations for local spots to visit, from restaurants to street markets. Everyone was so friendly and I always felt safe. I’ll definitely book with this hotel next time I come to London!

Great location near Paddington Stan and shops, 10 minute walk to Hyde Park and Oxford st, friendly service. Room was very small, only big enough for one small person! It felt like the room was right above the ‘Underground subway’ as you could feel it and hear it every time a train passed thru.

We stayed here for a few days on both ends of our trip and both times, it was great. Though the room was small (though not much smaller than in many other similar hotels), it was very clean and had most everything we needed for our stay. The hotel is located just outside a very busy area, but we didn’t notice any disturbing noise. There are many restaurants and stores very close by, bus transportation was close, and the trains (overland and tube) were within a short walk to Paddington station. All of the staff we encountered were wonderful - congenial, attentive, and helpful. Mahdi, the staff member we had the most interaction with was exceptional. We would gladly stay there again.

Wanted to like it and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the room, while well decorated and maintained had several problems. I don't know if this is a problem with just ground floor rooms or a general problem, but there was a LOT of noise from underground trains, this even involved the room shaking from heavy vibrations. Luckily, the trains stop running soon after midnight during the week, but if you wanted an early night, it would be impossible. The bathroom was tiny, so small that I had to turn sideways to access the shower. Once in the shower, there was then no real room to move about. Also, the drain was very smelly, which was exacerbated by the tiny size of the room.

Nothing not to like. Clean rooms. Small rooms sure - but it is downtown London after all. Friendly, polite staff. Great location next to Paddington Station. We walked to many locations from here - British Museum, Museum Natural History (different days) easily. Safe. Would consider staying again. We were a couple.
