My stay was very comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location. I want to say a huge thank you to the lovely receptionist Buta ( very sorry if that's not the right spelling ). I would recommended this place and will stay again in the future. Thank you

Service was good and friendly. Room was clean. Room was pokie, and hot. Fan control knob fell off. Mattress was lope sided like falling out one side. The shower was very cramped to get into and close door, plus bathroom door a concentenor style, didnt shut properly. Room felt neglected and clostraphobic. We had paid to have our room earlier than time for arrival excepted being 2pm, and our room was ready by 11.30am, yet we where put on the ground floor, as our luggage was heavy!! and to help us not using the stairs, ground floor would help us or the managers?!. Yet we were not shown the room we had booked, which looked better in the publisty pics. So we felt a little ripped off with the price we had paid for the original room. Yes convienient spot, but disappointing all the same. We had travelled from Australia, and very tired as to think and to discuss things with the manager at the time. Ashame!

Great place to stay!
This property is in an EXCELLENT location. It’s situated a block from the Paddington train station and the Hop On Hop Off bus stops right at the corner. My single room was tiny, but worked for me. It was very clean and the bath towel provided was large and luxurious. I was on the second floor (no elevators) and could faintly hear the tube and feel the vibrations, but it didn’t bother me. The staff were all very polite and professional and Colin, the owner is a hoot!

Booked the Tudor because it was close to Paddington Station & yes it was close, 5 minute walk. Nice staff, clean room, private bath w/shower, small room & very small bathroom but it was affordable & clean. Not disappointed at all, it was a great deal for what we were looking for!!

The location is excellent. Just a few minutes easy walk to Paddington station, Hyde Park and many restaurants. My single room was very small, yet so efficiently designed that it included shower, toilet, kettle, fridge and safe. The staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay
We arrived early to leave our bags at the hotel back on the 11July. There are steps up to the entrance and i did struggle slightly as i do have a touch of arthritis. The young man on the desk noticed my discomfort and seemed very concerned and came to help. He was wonderful. Unfortunatly i have forgotten his name. He informed us our room was ready and he would put our bags in the room for when we got back. Our room was originally on the top floor but as there is no lift he kindly changed us to the ground floor. We then went off for the day and got back around 10 ish. A lovely lady on thw desk was just as helpful, lending an umbrella when my daughter went out for food. The room was small bit very adequate, although we did find the shower tiny as bigger people. The hotel is in an excellent location and is run by lovely people. Highly recommended.

5 night family vacation
Had a wonderful stay from start to finish! Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We were offered an upgrade to a slightly larger room with A/C for a nominal fee which was so helpful during the heat wave we experienced while in town. The beds were very comfortable and while small, it had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Location was perfect for both walking to key destinations and also to get on the Tube or bus. We would happily stay here again!

Property ia situated very close to Paddington Station for easy access to train/bus/tube service. Front entry is secured and staffed 24/7 and staff was very friendly and polite. We had a few issues with our key card and room landline not working but these were resolved promptly. Room was large by London standards but bathroom was small which was expected. Plenty of restaurants and takeaway options in the area. A good find!

Loved all the front desk staff! They were super polite, friendly and helpful. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Such a pleasurable stay! Only issue is that there is no elevator and staircase is quite narrow. So was bathroom facilities. No air-conditioning but, the opened window & fan cooled the room. No issue with birds or bugs getting in during our stay in August.
