Would stay again.

All the staff I encountered was friendly. Anytime, there was a new face at the desk they'd double check that I, in fact, had a room there. I felt it was a safety precaution to stop random people from walking into the hotel and looking around. The hotel was small, like small elevator, narrow hallways, and small breakfast area, but fit my needs perfect. The kitchen staff for breakfast worked super quick to keep food out and fresh as well as the tables cleaned as soon as people left. Also, super close to the underground station so made it easy to get around. Would stay again.

Not great for £172 per night

The room was on the lower ground (not as advertised) and was very cramped. There was lots of noise outside the room when we tried to sleep. Light was coming through the doorway so wasn’t great.

We had a great time. Place was clean, breakfast was a plus. I would advise to not stay in the lower floors, we had ours in -1 and it smelled like humidity.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would like to commend the friendly and professional staff at the front desk. The area is pretty safe and not too far from most of the attractions in London. The overall experience was great, and I appreciated the comfortable accommodations. However, I would like to suggest adding a mini fridge, ice maker, microwave, and a bigger desk inside the rooms for added convenience. These amenities would greatly enhance the guest experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

I stayed here for eight days and it was great. I loved everything about it. Most of the staff were friendly and warm. The only negative I had would be the tiny bathroom. I could barely sit on the toilet or get in the shower and one of the check-in staff Andre who was very rude. Other than that, it was a great stay I would recommend it

This place was as advertised and reflects its Expedia rating. Located steps from the tube. Beds were small for anyone over 6ft tall. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Really good service, our triple room was narrow but comfortable and clean. A lovely continental breakfast was served and it was lovely, would stay again if needing a clean and safe place with good transport links and of course that doesn’t break the bank.
