The facilities were not welcoming. The rooms were not welcoming. Not comfortable price was too high. If you were there for one night it would have been ok but staying for 5 days it was not a place to relax in. Location to underground was great. Staff were very nice.

As a wheelchair user, I was pleased to see a lower reception desk available, making the check in process more comfortable. The lifts were all working and it was easy to manoeuvre around the suite in a wheelchair. The shower room was spacious and safe for those with mobility concerns.

Lovely stay! We were upgraded to a suite that was fabulous. The room was well appointed with a Nespresso machine, tea and all the basic kitchen gadgets. The washer/dryer combo. was an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. This hotel is very convenient to the Tower Hill Underground station and the Tower of London. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We loved our stay at Tower Suites. The property is right next to the Tower Hill underground station with the District and Central lines. Most of the time we didn’t have to change trains to get where we wanted to go. The only thing is there’s no particularly good restaurants super close. The restaurant in the hotel had good dinner but rather expensive. Breakfast buffet was good but pretty basic for £20. We only did it once. We stayed in executive superior king. Not a suite but room was plenty big for two people. Lots of storage and fridge was good size. Bed is definitely firm but we really like a firm bed so perfect for us. American King size. Bathroom was large, shower had amazing water pressure. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We loved our stay!

I had stayed here for work prior, and it's a great location close to things but far enough away to be quieter and more affordable. There were three of us in the room and the couch is NOT comfortable. Wonky, thin matteress, noisy and overall just shouldn't count as a bed! The aim bed was fine, and having a washer, fridge, stove top, dish washer all in the room was AMAZING.

Our family of 5 stayed at the Tower Suites in June 2024. We rented 3 suites. The hotel is ideally located directly across the street from the Tower of London. There is a tube station near the hotel, 2 minute walk. Loads of dining options, pubs on every corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very well maintained and included a small kitchenette and a laundry machine. No need for a car in London, actually it would be nuts to have a car there as it costs an arm and a leg to park. Bring your walking shoes. Tap on and off the Tube. UBER and taxi's are readily available. Shop until you drop and see the history that London has to offer. Bring lots of money though, it ain't cheap! Oh, and we felt very safe walking around the city. The London Police do a great job of keeping the riff-raff out of sight. Enjoy your stay!
