Very good hotel. Clean, efficient and handy for Tube and theatre district. We had a lovely quiet room. Breakfast had plenty of choice too.

The location is very good for the theatre’s, transportation to and from LHR, museums, pubs, etc.. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast and dinner. Housekeeping could do a better job. They turned up late in the day when we were back in the room. Overall, we were happy without stay.

We checked into room 410 and found several bedbugs infesting the headboard. The staff was incredibly rude and unbothered by the issue, it was clear they deal with this often and didn’t care to assist. They told me I’d get a full refund three days ago, but I haven’t received anything.

The property was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. I added breakfast and it was worth it each morning. The food and drink during other hours was good. The area was populated and safe, and very close to a tube station. I would stay here again.
