Christmas party

Twin room was ok. Very small and shower over the bath so not ideal. Dreary view out of the window. Staff were excellent, all friendly and smiling. Sadly no hash browns for breakfast, needless to say that did not taint the stay.

Basic Accomodation, sadly two single beds as sold out. Large square shower head exploded onto my head as water pressure too strong and far too hot water- could be scolded. Shared my concerns and shower was mended but I was checking out so didn’t use again, had to shower with low placed hand held. No discount offered or anything to compensate my single bed or shower which was disappointing. Breakfast ok. Attentive staff, nice bar and festive decor.

The hotel is accesable to central london by bus. Its easy to get to . Hotel lovely. Stayed there before in a family room. Lots of room.

There was like warm water for the shower in the morning. Would have appreciated it a bit hotter especially on a freezing cold day. You can hear the guests in the other rooms talking if you don’t have a tv or other device on in your own room. Staff were professional and kind.

Location is good, walking distance to many parts of London like Covent Carden, Soho, Oxford street etc Breakfast was really good! Friendly and service minded personnel The room was not a 4 star, cold and creaky floor
