All the staff was very attentive and helpful. The food at the restaurant was good, not great and the options offered day to day varied with price and selection. Loved the location and classy old decor. Very nice place. Would definitely go back!

OUR ONLY LONDON HOTEL The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of London, with stunning views of the River Thames and within walking distance of major landmarks like the Houses of Parliament and Trafalgar Square. The building itself is a beautiful blend of classic elegance and modern comfort, with its rich history adding to the charm. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury hotel. I particularly loved the comfortable bed and the well-appointed bathroom, which made my stay feel even more indulgent. I also enjoyed the excellent dining options, from the delicious breakfast to the afternoon tea, all served in a lovely setting. Overall, the Royal Horseguards Hotel offers a five-star experience that combines luxury, history, and top-tier service. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is a gem in London, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Location was good. Very slow lifts. Tiny and uncomfortable shower. Ok breakfast. Plenty to do nearby. We had a problem with a staff member which was not addressed.

Most of the staff was very friendly and hospitable! They responded to requests very quickly. Only one women at reception was short and didn't listen well when I called down to request more coffee supplies so I had to call again. The concierge was very helpful in suggesting restaurants. The Equus Bar was very comfortable, relaxing, and our waiter was friendly. Great location! Close to so many things!

Fantastic location in London for many of the major places to visit that are within easy walking distance. The staff was exceptional, super friendly and incredibly helpful. The service was the best I've experienced.

The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful and gave me a complimentary late check out. My only complaints were that our room with a “view” was just looking at a tree and the water pressure was not very good in the shower. Other than that it was excellent
