They want too much info on arrival . We were not pre advised that there was no restaurant or bar functioning at property but still charged full price even with lack of facilities

The hotel was promising as it mentioned it had a kitchen and a spa which made the hotel a 4 star hotel, however once i checked in none of these services were available. Waste of money.

Not a 5 ⭐️ experience.

Check in was extremely slow (no key cards available). Room was tiny, shower screen door did not shut properly. Continental breakfast choice was plain or fruit yoghurt and/or Croissant or Pan au Chocolat. That’s it!

The hotel is very small. The pictures make the lobby look much bigger. The rooms are like tiny bedrooms in the USA. Everything is much more dated than it looks online but it’s still clean. The staff are okay. They aren’t friendly but they aren’t rude. There is no breakfast right now as it is under renovation. The elevator is very small and very very slow. The neighborhood is a party district and it’s extremely loud all night long. There are tons of bars, clubs and restaurants nearby. If you’re coming to London to drink and club this is probably a decent place to stay. For us it was far too noisy and cramped and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Wouldn’t return

shockingly noisy until around 4-5 am the rooms are really bright so you literally can’t sleep beds arnt the comfiest and the bed sheets irritated my skin constantly all night will never be returning to say the least.

Anniversary stay

We chose the hotel based on convenient location for a show in Leicester Square last night. Before we arrived they reached out to ask us our likely arrival time, plans for the stay, if we were celebrating anything and if there was anything they could help us plan We let them know it was our 1st wedding anniversary trip and when we got to our room their was a heart and petals on the bed and a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us as well is a plate of macarons and a fruit basket - such a lovely surprise! We would definitely recommend for location, staff friendliness and attention to detail

Amazing place to stay

This was my last night in London so I wanted to try a slightly different location. I was thrilled with the hotel. It’s right next to Chinatown in SOHO area. There are a hundred great restaurants and cafes there, plus it’s easy to get to all of the touristy stuff as well. Bed was very comfortable and the room was so clean.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Room was fab and we had a main road view right near China Town. Theatres, Covent Garden etc. So much to do within walking distance. We’ll definitely be back. Staff great too.

Hotel rooms and staff were lovley. We were down for a weekend. Communication through Hotels.com system was not good. Note for others... rooms at the front suffer from very loud road/street noise until around 3am. So very little sleep. This is not the fault of the hotel but I would not book a location in Central London again.

Lovely boutique hotel

Perfectly situated in walking distance of many attractions and theatres. Very friendly and helpful check-in staff. Our room was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. I only gave 4 stars overall because breakfast was a huge disappointment. Due to refurbishment, only an in room very limited continental from Gails’s was provided and we were only given a day’s notice about this despite booking in June.

Excellent stay with a very accommodating staff. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are headed to London and want to be within walking distance of attractions, transportation and dining. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was very modern and useful even though a little small. AC worked great. We did not use the restaurant in hotel as there were many options nearby for breakfast.
