Stayed in room 162. Avoid at all costs. Doors slamming next to us all night, its right above the services bay, bin lorries, deliveries all night, and i mean all night. No let up. Never got any sleep, left the hotel at 7am. Certainly not worth £380 and won't be staying again.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Spa and pool are lovely, and it’s convenient to have so many restaurants in the lobby. Staff at times can be a bit dismissive and uppity, but most are nice. Keep in mind since it’s a members club too, so it is especially crowded on Thursday and Friday. I will say the neighborhood is nice but it isn’t charming as it is surrounding by banking and business buildings, so if you’re someone who loves a local cafe and shopping, I would recommend looking elsewhere and maybe getting a drink at the Ned. Lobby has great jazz and entertainment. Overall good experience.

Welcome at Reception was cool. Corridors were dark and dingy with signage to rooms being difficult to read. No information in the room regarding the operation of the aircon. No information in the room or minibar regarding cost of items laid out - was provided on a page on the TV but someone might not turn that on and so suffer unexpected charges. Tube trains could be heard running under the hotel until gone midnight and then woke at 6 a.m. and could hear them going again so couldn't get back to sleep. Basically a disappointing stay.

It is an amazing hotel. With everything you may need and have forgotten. Had hair straighteners, phone charger, and many more amenities. The room was amazing. We got free parking around the corner which was convenient. And went for brunch nearby had a lovely weekend for our wedding anniversary. Would go again
