Very good but…

The service was suspended, there was no possibility to get a room with 2 beds even we booked so. The only complaint is that the room has a smell as a smoking room…and there was no option to open the window. But the location was very convenient and the staff was very friendly.

Location was perfect we literally walked everywhere in London from there. Its right near the Green Park Ungerground. the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again when we cross the pond again.

This is a very nice hotel. I love the Mayfair Hotel line by Radisson and I would highly recommend this location for its room sizes, area and friendly staff.
