As always the staff are always friendly and polite, I can not fault their professionalism at all. The only thing I would say I did order room service and ordered a steak and they provided me with a butter knife instead of a steak knife, mistakes happen we are only human. Loved every minute of our stay and looking forward to our next visit.

There is a lot of construction next door - rooms can be very noisy for most of the day. There should be at least some warning to guests - even if it is out of the hotel’s control.
