Great location

Great location and lots of space to relax. Only thing that could be improved is that there was no mirror in the bedroom so had to do my hair in the kitchen area which wasn't ideal. No full length mirror anywhere in the suite. Apart from that, it was fantastic. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

We spent 10 days in London. It was great having a 1 bedroom apartment. The views out the windows were great. Centrally located between the Temple and Holborn tube station. Minutes walk to Soho, China Town & Covent Garden restaurants. Minutes from the Strand and most major theaters. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Cameron. This is not a high end, luxury property but rather a clean, homey, comfortable place to stay with a great location, especially if you don't want to be crammed into a tiny, noisy hotel room. Highly recommend!!

The location is super convenient to walk to Covent Garden and theatres in the West End. There were lots of dining options around - from a quick take-away to a nicer dining establishment. I had an inside room with a window directly across from mine, so I had to keep the blinds drawn for privacy — making the room feel a bit small and dark.

Great stay, hotel is near train and tube transportation. Was perfect for my stay. Room was clean and quiet. Emailed the hotel in advance for early check in because I was coming in from the U.S. hotel was very responsive and got me in early.

Great find.

Wonderful stay. Staff was personable and helpful. The location is very convenient for buses and tube. Very modern facilities that work perfectly. Short walk to Covent Garden and China town.

Very spacious and excellent location but there were a few fruit flies in the room from first day to last day of stay which was annoying. Limited supply of 4 coffee capsules for two persons over five days . When trying to buy more was told there were”out of stock”

This was the perfect base for a few days in London. The apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I highly recommend spending a little extra on a room that is not in the basement. My 2nd floor room was lovely and bright. It was super convenient to have access to a washing machine and dryer during the stay. Reception staff were friendly and accomodating. I would love to have the opportunity to stay here again.

A bitter “suite” stay: Avoid.

Despite an absolutely lovely team and a good location, we were disappointed. This is a glorified apartment rental with a lobby. Tiny beds—not even queen size. We were falling out. Linen quality that makes bargain brands feel luxurious. A finicky HVAC that doesn’t keep the suite-in-name-only a consistent temperature. Housekeeping once every FOUR days. No hand towels or washcloths. A view from our room literally into a neighboring faux-suite, 10 feet away. Premium coin for a lackluster product. The worst of an apartment rental with the worst of a hotel. We chose a hotel for space, comfort and service--none of which you get here. So many better options in London. I feel bad leaving a lackluster review because EVERYONE who works there is truly delightful and professional. But we were extremely disappointed and also feel the reviews on hotels.com are not accurate. Not incidentally, hotels.com has consistently refused to post or highlight this negative review. I've visited London several dozen times. Finding a quality, affordable hotel can be a challenge. Still, there are loads of better options. A bitter"suite" experience indeed.

The apartment was located within walking distance from everywhere we wanted to visit. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The night hotel staff was especially helpful when we realized that the sofa be didn't have bed linens and he brought them up immediately. The apartment had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Good facilities within walking distance of a tube station and a Sainsburys for food supplies etc. Laundry facilities available with no additional charge and the cleaning products supplied if required.
