Inexperience staff not worth the money.
It takes about 40 minutes to check in as reception could not find our booking after we stop by earlier in the morning to pay and leave our luggage. When we check out they charge us for another £4,800 because the staff who check us in calculate the rate wrong!

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The way they treat you like a second-class citizen yet have the nerve to charge you for your entire hotel stay up front is horrendous. I have never been treated so disrespectfully, especially by a supposed “5 star hotel.” Staff are as incompetent as they are rude and arrogant--from the room service delivery person to management, a pre-requisite for working here seems to be having an attitude problem and thinking you're better than the guests. After they refused to treat me any better--in addition to not acknowledging my Expedia VIP status, I had no choice but to leave, then noticed they charged a random $1,588.46 to my credit card despite me already having paid for my full stay in advance and having 0 incidentals. These people are criminals and should not be trusted!
