The room was gorgeous and so clean! Unfortunately it was a very noisy room, the property opposite had a delivery lorry arrive around 11:30pm and it was so loud. There were also people shouting in the corridor. The mattress wasn’t comfortable at all so not the best for a restful sleep. I would have loved to relax in the lobby but it was absolutely crammed full of people on laptops every time I went down there. The front desk staff were really lovely though and the breakfast bag was great value and a nice touch.

Excellent room and staff outstanding. Roof top restaurant excellent. Only down size was lobby area was always full with young people on computers. Very limited seating because of it for social gatherong with family friends

I’m actually shocked at how my lost property case was handled. It’s very commonplace I’m sure to have items left in the room. I happened to leave an expensive leather jacket, and the response from reception was unhelpful to say the least. I think you should take cases like this more seriously.

Room was a bit small, the ac was not very strong, the toilet required multiple flushes, and the shower draing was clogged. Customer service and the restaurant food was great.

The Hoxton, Shoreditch offers a stylish and welcoming stay in a prime location, with easy access to London via Old Street tube station. The bar and lobby areas are particularly charming, complemented by friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are well-equipped and the decor is lovely, but a few improvements could enhance the experience - brighter lighting around the clothing area and additional storage would be helpful, especially when sharing a twin room. Also, ensuring bathroom doors close properly for privacy would be a plus. Overall, it was a good stay, just shy of perfection.
