Industrial strength ear protection advised

Pros: Convenient location and everything provided that one would expect. Good value for money.
Cons: Better sound proofing and improved toilet facilities
If you are in a room facing the road, don't expect any sleep. From outside can be heard shouting, swearing, noisy traffic, and police car sirens continually throughout practically the whole night as the A10 is a busy road. Remember to pack industrial strength ear protection if you want to get any sleep. We stayed on a Wednesday night.
