The location was great but the sheets were pilled and the pillows were as flat as pancakes. The hairdryer was missing along with hangers in the closet. Room was in the basement which I did NOT like, as it had no natural light. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

This is not a 5-star hotel as posted. This shouldn’t be even 4 stars. It is convenient as it’s very close to Paddington Station, but that is about it. Rooms so small that you can’t even open a suitcase, stinky carpets, employees that don’t even offer to help with the luggage. Would not go back ever again.

2 min walk from paddington train Atraiand underground station. It's located in a very clean, quiet, and beautiful street. It's very, very clean.However, the rooms are a bit tight. Absolutely worth the money.

They had a leak, and moved me hotels without notifying me. I showed up to Montcalm, then had to walk to their sister hotel with my luggage. The sister hotel was a property i never would have booked myself... super small rooms, uncomfortable bed. And there was a septic issue so the room smelled like sewage our entire stay. My girlfriend and I actually became sick and still are. Then when i returned home, i learned i had been charged twice, by Montcalm and the dumpy sister property Inhabit. Still having to hunt them down for a refund. Worst hotel experience ever

The location was great. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. I was there about 3 hrs earlier than my scheduled check in and they had no problem giving me an available room. I did find tho that the cleaning staff were a bit loud early in the morning (I stayed in thr basement floor). It was the only down side.
