I really like how everyone called me by my name. Also the mule wine was complimentary by the lounge next to the fireplace was very nice to enjoy as a guest. I also loved the turn down at night. It was so nice to have everything ready for me before bed time. I will be back.

I liked the hotel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The food was good, as well. The problem I had is that Citi Bank told me that Bloomsbury was a "Red-Alert" Hotel, and they warned me about fraudulent practices, so it left me feeling uncertain the entire stay.

The hotel room was clean and spacious.The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was a minute away from the underground. The hotel was conveniently located and a short walking distance from London Center. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

We had a family break..and the Bloomsbury ticked all the boxes..in the heart of activity..something for all 3 generations...excellent staff and amazing breakfasts...looking forward to the next time!

The staff were all exceptional. Our only complaint is the floors in our room were LOUD. The wood under the carpet creaked loudly with every single step which would wake anyone trying to sleep.

I think the location lets this hotel down. The entrance is behind the dominion theatre and so you effectively enter via a side street. I think it is over priced for the location and experience.

This is a beautiful hotel located steps from the British Museum. The staff are all incredibly polite and welcoming. It’s off the main road so a much quieter atmosphere

The hotel was in a central location, and we felt very welcome. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We enjoyed reading by the fireplace on the first floor. It was in a great location and public transport very closeby.
