Outstanding and friendly staff everywhere. Special thanks to Antonio at the Door and Richard in Engineering. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Great value, and I have spent many weeks in London. I used amenities, fitness center, bar and restaurant. I really felt like a welcome guest here. One of the best locations in London.

This was our first visit to London and we choose by reviews and were not disappointed. The walk ability to the underground was phenomenal and the staff were excellent.foe any questions or suggestions we had.

After stay at the sister property, The Westbury in Dublin, our expectations were high. The staff was fabulous and very attentive. The room we were given had major construction on scaffolding right outside the window. Workmen were able to look into our room. We asked to be moved and were given a room that was quiet but was tiny! No room for a bedside table on one side of the bed and a bathroom that was almost unusable it was so small. After being out and about all day we came back to no housekeeping. We are pretty easy going, but the multiple issues definitely put a damper on our stay. It is definitely not the Westbury or any other Doyle Hotel we have stayed.

Wonderful hotel — clean, comfortable, well located to shops, food, transportation and theater. All walkable. The staff was amazing. I came for business but hope to return with my family. Terrific breakfast btw that’s worth adding to your bill if it’s not included.

The staff at the Bloomsbury were top notch! The concierge, the doormen, the guest experience manager, the wait staff in the restaurants; they were all fantastic!! The Bloomsbury is a great place, centrally located in London. I highly recommend this boutique hotel and I will definitely stay again when I return to London. Can't say enough about how much I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Stayed in a cosy room for 2 nights. Room was nice, 8th floor, bigger than i had thought. I didnt receive the turn down service which was really disappointing. On the way out on evening i saw someone pushing a cart with little boxes of macaroons on. Excited opened my room when i got back later to find nothing, noone had been in. Breakfast was nice however i felt really awkward, the lady directed me to the furthest away table and said 'because you sre on your own' i hope she meant it nicely but it came across poorly. Bath had a patch of paint in it that flaked off during use. Overall wouldnt recommend

The room was a bit small for the price and especially the bathroom. I did not get to enjoy the downstairs area that was beautiful due to a very busy day. The staff were very nice!

The hotel itself is beautiful - the entry, common rooms, bars (Bloomsbury Club and Coral Room), Dalloway Terrace restaurant, breakfast room, and guest room were decorated beautifully and very clean. Housecleaning was perfect, including turndown service and a little tray of chocolates for our anniversary. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and drinks were very good. Location was amazing - central with easy access to the tube. Only complaint is beyond the hotel’s control: the street and especially the one alley approaching the hotel are dirty and unappealing (lots of litter). That being said, the area still felt safe and our room was quiet with only a slight sound from the underground that wasn’t disruptive to our sleep. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

We could not have been more pleased with the staff and very personal care we were provided. We were recommended by friends and locals and delivered on everything - so this is more than promoted review. Gym was EXCEPTIONAL. Front desk delightful. Only consideration to add for travelers, it’s in the stream of tourists….often felt a salmon swimming upstream in the adjacent blocks. But this hotel we WILL return to often.
