Single room was 8'x4.5', plus a bathroom. Room for a bed and not much more. Closet was 6" wide. All okay, but not at the price charged. Staff was excellent as always.

We had an amazing stay at the beautiful Bailey's Hotel. Literally steps away from Gloucester Station, it was very convenient for traveling around the city. The hotel is stunning in decor, clean and very comfortable. The staff were wonderfully kind, helpful and gracious. I would definitely recommend this incredible hotel.

Excellent stay as per usual

3rd visit to this hotel. Usual warm friendly greeting on arrival and able to check in earlier than anticipated which was a bonus. Helpful reception and housekeeping staff.We like this hotel for its excellent location to tube stop . Just a few steps across the road.

Not a 4-star hotel room

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a 4-star experience, but was quite disappointed with the room. The window faced an inner, empty shaft, making the room dark and uncomfortably claustrophobic. Despite the AC being off, there was still loud ventilation noise, and the fridge was initially so loud it had to be replaced. Cleanliness was another issue: when we checked in, we found a contact lens on the bathroom floor and significant dust, so we had to request a cleaning service before bed. While the staff was helpful and responsive, the room’s condition was far from what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. It felt gloomy and unpleasant, which unfortunately overshadowed the good service. Location was really good though.

Room was excellent as was the hotel. Very convenient to the Tube (right across the street) and numerous restaurants/shops. 15 min walk to Kensington Gardens. I would stay here again.

This was a cute boutique hotel in the Kensington neighborhood in London. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the Underground so it was so easy to get around. A few pubs and restaurants within walking distance and more by train or cab ride. Felt very safe walking around. Staff was superb. Breakfast was good and the hotel bar was always hopping! Would definitely stay there again!

First Trip to the United Kingdom

My husband and I spent a few days on a London layover this week. It was my first time visiting London and we had a great time. The Baileys was a great place to stay. After traveling abroad for the past two weeks it was very nice to stay somewhere that had creature comforts similar to home. From our arrival to our departure, the staff were all amazing!!! If I return to London, I’ll definitely rebook at The Bailey’s.

Beautiful lobby and smaller type hotel which we liked. Great attentive service especially concierge. Very helpful staff and front desk was quick to send up water and towels when we needed them.
