Clean room with a comfortable bed, which is all we were looking for on this trip.
Staff were polite and stored medicines which needed to be refrigerated for me, though I could only access them during the two hours per day that the kitchen is open for breakfast.
Staff responded well to message/questions before arrival.
Breakfast was limited, just sausage, bacon and egg or cereal.
Was advertised as having a TV and Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room; the TV wasn't connected to anything, so couldn't be watched, and the Tea and Coffee facilities were a vending machine in the lobby, without milk and sugar to make the drinks to taste, and the machine seemed to be out of most drinks during our stay. There was a kettle and tea/coffee/milk/sugar at breakfast though.
All in all, fit for our needs, as we were in London for an event for two days and we were not wanting to spend much time in the hotel.
I'd recommend if you just want a bed for a few nights whilst you go out and do other things, but not if you want a longer stay with some creature comforts and a good breakfast.
