This property is located in a great spot in west London. Near the action but not so close it’s noisy or too busy…staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Doorman on his phone was so unprofessional and to put it in his pocket was laughable....The room 510 was awful with the window covered over and the noise from the air conditioning units unbelievably loud .The wife went down to reception and asked for a different room which they duly oblged. The second room was better.. Never a 5 star in a million years.
