This apartment was so much smaller than the photos most power points don’t work, bedside light not working, tv not working, no face washers,no teaspoons, quilt dirty, dirty stains on bedside table. This apartment could be so much better if the management done their job properly in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep. Also the entrance hallway stinks of cigarette smoke. We would not recommend this place.

The room is okay but the communication/property management is terrible. I have booked this room with free change/cancellation. Since I had a change of travel plan, I requested to shorten my length of stay well before the “free change/cancellation ”deadline. Multiple attempts were made to reach the property directly and via expedia but there is no reply even we have left our messages. On the day before the deadline for change, the expedia team could finally reach the front desk and they acknowledged that I will check-in later. But then, right after the free cancellation period, the property management team replied to both me and expedia team that the request has been denied and my money will not be refunded, which totally defeated the purpose of adding money to make booking with free change/cancellation! And the timing of reply almost made me think that this could be deliberate. The property management team is super unresponsive and irresponsible. Luckily, expedia held accountable at the end, but I have spend much time handling this during my vacation and I find this experience very disturbing and frustrating. Would not recommend this property.

Good stay for the price - but could be better
The room was smaller than pictured but had all the amenities that were listed and would have been a decent stay for the price. The room cleanliness could have been better with marks on the duvet and dust in the room The bed was the main issue the mattress is rock solid due to it being a strange folding bed - the comfortable bed is the deal breaker for future stays.

We had a good time in london and this property made it very easy to tour around with near by transport and walkable amenities. The staff were friendly too. The bedroom was spacecious and lovely, just minor cleanliness issues.

I had a great stay here. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. Full size bed, kitchenette and even a washer/dryer. Place was clean, had an elevator and located in a great area near the train with restaurants and grocery stores.

Good location for Notting Hill and surrounding areas. Good size room (standard double) with so much potential for being a great stay, however was run down and in need of some work. The bed was very hard, safe and lamps were not working and the room certainly is not soundproof to anyone's standards - only being up on the 3rd floor managed to drown out some outside noise and heard cleaners talking and banging doors in the hotel. It very much was a place to stay to see London, not a place to enjoy staying whilst seeing London... Will chance somewhere else next time

Quick check in, very clean. Good for transport links. Beware that the pictures do Not reflect the room layout, there is no separation between the bedroom and kitchen, sofa bed just at the bottom of the bed. If you want privacy then go for split level option.

The pictures for the Triple Studio in Expedia shows a split room. What you you really get is one single room with ond bed and one sofa bed. Check in the website of the hotel and you can see the diference with what is being sold in Expedia.

One night stay. Very impressed.
Very nice small compact apartment. Double bed, table and chairs for two, all utensils for cooking, 2 hobs, microwave oven, dish washer, washing machine hid very well in the wardrobe, nice little bathroom (although its a little awkward trying to access the shower as door does not open very wide it collides with the wash basin and im 56 inch chest but ok for smaller). Nice easy check in with nice man at the desk. Overall a very nice pleasant stay. Snmmall but all you need and very comfortable. Price was very good too. Will definitely return!
