I enjoyed my stay - the single room is compact but was clean and tidy, had all I needed. Staff were helpful and attentive. Area I know well and lots to do and see. I'll be back!!

Decent location, Great staff, TINY rooms

Staff was great, but rooms were SMALL. We booked a double and got a twin. No room for luggage and no way for 2 people to sit. Bathroom door could not open fully because the bed blocked it.

You might want to look around for other small, boutique hotels around Paddington station. I've stayed in many in this area of London, and this would be at the bottom of my list.

We had a lovely warm welcome from the reception staff on our arrival. The hotel itself is a bit tired, our bedroom dresser a bit broken/battered, but...we overlooked this as the facilities were lovely and clean, and we enjoyed a good variety of items for our continental breakfast. The lady who served us was also very friendly! Couldn't fault it really, an overall nice stay, very convenient for us and catered to our needs. Would stay again.
