Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The double room was small, but very clean and had hood amenities, E.g fridge, kettle. The double bed was small and the mattress did not fit the bed base, which was disappointing. The en-suite was tiny.
The internal areas of decoration were very dated and tired (80’s).
Members of staff very extremely helpful and friendly.
The breakfast included was delicious. It was served in small dining and quick service

The WiFi was terrible and I didn't need new towels every day
Very good stay, nice clean and comfortable. Staff attentive and overall would completely recommend for an affordable stay in London. Would book again!!
Lovely little hotel, check in/out staff were very friendly, professional and gave clear information. For a hotel in London it was affordable and location was good too!
Hotel room was very clean and although slightly small it had nearly everything we could have asked for in the room, enough towels, microwave, dishes etc. Bed was really comfortable (one of the best sleeps I have had in a hotel) but it did not have a lift so be cautious if someone does not have mobility!! Fresh breakfast is provided too
Only 12 minute walk from Euston station and 5min walk towards cafes/restaurants/shops.
I stayed for one night with my husband and son who has little mobility. Very pleasant stay and would book again
Decent hotel right in the middle of the University of London. Five-minute walk to the British Museum. A/C did not work very well on the top floor. No elevator. Staff was friendly.
Great hotel, close to theatres, transport- train & underground. Ideal for a city break.
Staff were lovely. Breakfast was great. Rooms clean & a good size. Was useful to have a microwave & fridge in the room too. Would definitely use again, thank you.
Comfortable, nice 1 night stay. Great location within walking distance to covent garden and soho. Nice sized room, great breakfast in the morning. No complaints

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Old and musty hotel in former apartments.
Very old hotel though bathrooms have been renovated. Others have mentioned bedbugs but we throughly checked and didn’t find anything. However they gave us the lowest floor room and it felt like a dungeon and smelled old and musty. Luckily we only booked for one night but I’d never stay here again. Also was damp and had mold on the ceiling.
It’s a darling small property with excellent service and easy to get to transportation. We will come back for sure. Also a great deal with full hot breakfast
I really liked this hotel and thought it was good value for the price. My single room was small but it had two windows looking onto trees and the garden. It even had a little fridge. The staff were all nice, especially the breakfast ones. You order breakfast from a menu, which I prefer to a buffet. It was very well situated for me to walk to Covent Garden and other central London sites, but wasn't noisy at night.
Very clean. Short walk to tube station and Regent’s Park. Loved the little courtyard where you could just sit and enjoy or have a take away. Breakfast was lovely although the breakfast room quite small and cramped.

Disliked: Room comfort
Lots of positive things, staff were lovely and friendly, the location was good - 15 mins walk to Tottenham court road tube station - and the breakfast was excellent. However, the room was tiny, and absolutely roasting. The shower was very hot even when turned to the lowest setting, which was not good in 28⁰c summer heat.
