Lovely small hotel, very central and great transport links. Felt very personable and the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed quiet drinks in the bar after a busy day. Definitely book again next time we visit London.

Awful.

No bedside lights so the only option is down lighters in the ceiling blazing down on you. Terrible decor. Small bed. For the price not worth it, so many better hotels about.

The hotel, rooms, and staff were perfect, couldn't be happier. The area is mostly safe, easy access to many sites, however there was so much noise late at night work Street racing noisy cars out made it difficult to sleep.

The staff were super friendly. The room was clean spacious well lit and quiet. Which is amazing given how it sits above Oxford street. A great place to stay. Recommended

Fantastic location opposite Bond St tube station on Oxford Street. Breakfast was great with good premium quality choice ie not poor quality tourist food. Rooms/ bathrooms were immaculate & the bed was really comfortable. Will definitely stay again

Effortless check-in with a central location near to Bond Street. The room was spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed, perfect room temperature, and no noise—ideal for a restful stay for business or birthday occasions. The staff and concierge were wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good stay

Friendly and helpful staff Room was very small, but clean Bed was comfortable aswell The only downside was that the hairdryer was broken. Also the Construction work next door can be a nuisance if you want to rest in the day, this isn’t the hotel’s fault but do ask for a room facing away from the building works

Great hotel but there is no parking (which it claims to have). Sent two messages before I arrived asking about parking but got no reply. Was good other than that, staff great, breakfast good too
